Pursuant to the Court’s Order, as amended on 8/18/2023, the HESI/Transocean Settlements Program is now closed and Contact Center agents are no longer available via the toll-free phone line or email address.
All unclaimed funds have been forwarded to the domicile state of the Claimant based on the last known address of the Claimant. Please contact the unclaimed property office for the Claimant’s state of residence, incorporation, or organization (as applicable) to claim any funds for an uncashed check issued by the Settlement Program as all checks are now void. If the Claimant had hired a private attorney, funds were transmitted to that attorney on behalf of the Claimant.
